Drug and substance rehabilitative services program
Volunteer in the Drug and Substance Rehabilitative Services Program in Kenya. This program is designed to provide hope and recovery pathways for individuals battling drug and substance abuse. Substance abuse is a growing challenge in Kenya, affecting individuals, families, and entire communities.
By volunteering in this program, you will help support individuals on their journey to recovery, raise awareness of the dangers of substance abuse, and contribute to building healthier communities.
Volunteers work alongside counsellors, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to offer rehabilitative services, promote awareness, and support reintegration efforts.
Program Objectives
- To provide counselling and emotional support for individuals affected by substance abuse.
- To organize support groups that foster a sense of community and shared recovery.
- To facilitate access to rehabilitation facilities and services.
- To raise awareness about the risks and impacts of drug and substance abuse.
- To help individuals develop coping mechanisms and life skills for sustained recovery.
- To support community reintegration for recovering individuals.
- To promote cross-cultural understanding through collaboration with local communities.
Volunteer Responsibilites

Program Duration
